Vigan City was the capital city of Ilocos Sur. It is a place where we can see many old buildings. It is an amazing place for an amazing people.
Last January 25 was the feast of St. Paul. It is the Patron Saint of Vigan City. We had our parade that day. It was one of the biggest part during the celebration of the said event. The grand parade..... All of the employees and students of every school attended the said event.
I am not a Bigueno yet I know how beautiful Vigan City is. It is very clean and leaders as well the Biguenos are very industrious and responsible to do their tasks.
We should be proud of Vigan City, cause I know this is one of the most or rather say the most Child-friendly City here in the Philippines. I am not a Bigueno but I am proud for I am studying here for almost 4 years.
